                       18                 I, WILLIAM A. SOROKY, do hereby declare and state as follows:

                       19                 1.          I am the Defendant in the above-entitled matter.

                       20                 2.          I am an attorney duly licensed to practice law before all of the Courts of the State of

                       21      California.

                       22                 3.          Since 1974, I have been a member in good standing with the California State Bar.
