As previously noticed, the Executor listed the Estate real property, a condominium located at the Marnia City Club, 4316
Marnia City Drive, Unit #C129, with Peter Srnyth.of Venus Louviere Broker, at a recommended listing price of $595,000,
lower than the $665,000.00 value appraised by the Probate Referee. The property was listed on January 12, 2022, and
there have been 34 showings, There have been no written offers to purchase. After the date of death of the Decedent,
issues of decay and disrepair were discovered that have had a-significant effect on the value. of each unit inthe complex.
Due to the condition of the property and repair issues, financing restrictions. are in place. Substantial assessments to the
homeowners are contemplated to make repairs, Based on the recommendation of the real estate broker, the listing price
will be reduced to $559,000 and the Executor proposes to accept the best and/or highest offer with the best terms.
