                  Upon the accompanying Memorandum of Law, the Affirmation of Owen F. Roberts, and

          all exhibits thereto, and upon all other papers herein, it is hereby:

                  ORDERED that Defendant MPEG LA, L.L.C. (“MPEG LA”) show cause before Part 60

          of this Court, 60 Centre Street, Room 248, New York, New York, on April 10, 2023 at 9:30 a.m.,

          ON PAPERS ONLY, why an Order pursuant to 22 N.Y.C.R.R. § 216 should be entered

          permitting the Memorandum Of Law In Opposition To MPEG LA’s Second Motion To Dismiss

          Samsung’s Second Cause Of Action filed by Plaintiff Samsung Electronics Co., LTD. at

          NYSCEF Doc. No. 78 to remain under seal; and it is further

                  ORDERED that pending the decision of this motion the Clerk is directed to seal Dkt. 78

          such that it is only accessible by the parties and the court; and it is further

                    ORDERED that service of a copy of this Order to Show Cause, together with the papers

          upon which it is based, on or before March 14, 2023, by email to all counsel of record, shall be

          deemed good and sufficient, and an affidavit of service shall be e-filed by March 15, 2023; and it

          is further

                    ORDERED that any party that seeks to oppose this motion must first request a

          conference by emailing the Part 60 email, copying all counsel, by March 20, 2023 at 5:00 p.m.;

          and it is further

                    ORDERED that opposition papers, if any, shall be e-filed by April 3, 2023; and it is

          further

                    ORDERED that reply papers shall not be filed, and there will be no appearance or oral

          argument on the return date unless opposition is filed and the court directs oral argument.
