SONIA AYALA, being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That I am the plaintiff in this action, and as such,
am fully familiar with the facts and circumstances of this case.
2. On June 9, 2021, I was a passenger in the vehicle
operated by Defendant Marckendol Guerrier registered to
Defendant Boro Transit, Inc., bearing New York State license
plate number 36188BB.
3. On June 9, 2021, there was a collision involving the
aforesaid vehicle with Plaintiff Isabella Malcangi's vehicle,
bearing New York State license plate number CFD9799. The
collision occurred on Sunrise Highway at or near the
intersection with Horton Avenue in the County of Nassau, Village
of Lynbrook, State of New York.

4. As a result of the aforesaid collision, I was caused
to sustain severe and permanent personal injuries.
5. Upon information and belief, the collision and my
resulting injuries were caused solely by the negligence,
carelessness and recklessness of the defendants without any
negligence on my part contributing thereto.
