                                         COMES NOW ERIK MORENO (hereinafter “PLAINTIFF”) and opposes

                              Defendant/Movant Martha Moreno’s Demurrer and Motion to Strike on file herein, as follows:

                                                                            PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

                                    1. On July 12, 2016, Plaintiff herein filed a Complaint for Quiet Title and Declaratory

                               Relief, naming Defendant MARTHA MORENO (hereinafter “Defendant”) among others as
