20          This Court previously set a hearing on defendants STEVE MAGEE and SAC AERO

21   FL YING CLUB, INC.'s Motion in Limine No. 13 for April 4, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Plaintiffs' counsel

22   was not present when this date was set because defendants had not given formal notice of contesting

23   the tentative ruling. The Court advised that the parties could select any other date in April 2023 that

24   was convenient for the Court. Plaintiffs' counsel is engaged in trial starting on March 27, 2023 and

25   is only available on Fridays when the court does not hear trials.
