1. Docket Entry 36, Plaintiff’s amended complaint, is hereby withdrawn and shall be
sealed by the Clerk’s Office.
2. Plaintiff shall file a First Amended Complaint containing the sole cause of action for
defamation within seven (7) days of the execution and entering of this stipulation.
3. Defendant shall file responsive documents within twenty (20) days of Plaintiff’s
filing of the First Amended Complaint.
