Petitioner, GISELA SARA GONZALEZ, and Respondent,
LAWRENCE GONZALEZ, by and through their respective attorneys of record, enter
into this Rule 11 Agreement. The parties agree and stipulate, as evidenced by the
signatures of their respective attorneys below, as follows:
lL. The deadline for each party to exchange and file sworn inventories and
appraisements and financial information statements shall be extended to January 9, 2023.
2. In the event the Joint Motion for Continuance is granted, all deadlines shall
be recalculated from the new trial date pursuant to the Court’s Scheduling Order.
