Pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure section 998, Defendant, CHRISTY DA
SILVA a/k/a CHRISTY RIDER and KRAFT 8S. DA SILVA a/k/a MARGAUX MAY a/k/a
MARGAUX KRAFT DA SILVA a/k/a MARGAUX DA SILVA a/k/a MARGAUX D SILVA,

(“Defendant”), hereby offers to pay in exchange for release and dismissal of this action with
prejudice the sum of TWELVE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ONLY
$12,500.00) to Plaintiff, Lucia M. Foote (“Plaintiff"), in satisfaction of all Plaintiff's claims for
damages, costs and expenses, attorney’s fees, and interest in this action. It is intended by this
offer to include all outstanding liens arising from this action.

This Offer to Compromise shall remain open for acceptance for thirty (30) days after

service of this offer, or prior to commencement of trial, whichever occurs first. If this offer is

not accepted within that time, it will be deemed revoked and the offer shall be withdrawn.
Defendant reserves the right to withdraw this Offer to Compromise before the expiration

of the 30-day period after service of this offer. You may indicate Plaintiffs acceptance of this

offer by signing the statement to that effect, as set for the below.
