considering Plaintiffs Surreply, Plaintiff's Response, and all exhibits attached thereto, and after
also considering the arguments of counsel and the other papers on file in this case, the Court is of
the opinion that Defendants’ objections, notice, and motion are without merit and should be
DENIEDItis therefore
ORDERED that Defendants’ Prewitt Petroleum Products, Inc., Rodney Thompson,Stanley Thompson, and Catapult Group, Inc.’s Objection, Notice of Violation of the Rule
regarding Witnesses, Motion to Strike Michael G. Graves’ Affidavit and Michael Graves as a
