MOTION FOR DISCLOSURE OF ASSETS .

In conjunction with Plaintiffs’ Application for Prejudgment Remedy and C.G.S. §52-
278n, the Plaintiffs move for an order that the Defendant, Rebecca Cerroni, disclose in writing to
the undersigned counsel not less than seven (7) days after the date of an Order by this Court, any
and all property, real and personal, tangible or intangible, in which she has an interest, and any
and all debts and obligations owing to it, being referred to as the “assets,” including, but not
limited to, the following:

1. Bank Accounts. The type of account (e.g., savings, checking, certificate of deposit);
the names and addresses of the institutions where such accounts are maintained; the present
balance in each such account; the account numbers. ,
