                    NOTICE PURSUANT TO PRACTICE BOOK § 3-10(b)

       Pursuant to Practice Book § 3-10(b), counsel for the Plaintiff, MSCI 2006-HQ10 Scovill

Street, LLC, hereby gives notice to said Plaintiff of its request for leave to withdraw its appearance

regarding the above-captioned action for the reasons set forth in the Motion to Withdraw. The

Plaintiff, MSCI 2006-HQ10 Scovill Street, LLC, is advised of the following:

       1.      The law firm of Ford & Paulekas, LLP has filed a Motion which seeks the Court's

permission to no longer represent MSCI 2006-HQ10 Scovill Street, LLC in the above-captioned

consolidated actions.

       2.      The Motion to Withdraw will be heard by the Court at a hearing to be held on a date

and time as scheduled by the Court.
       3.      MSCI 2006-HQ10 Scovill Street, LLC may appear at the hearing and address the

Court concerning the Motion.

       4.      If the Motion to Withdraw is granted by the Court, you should either obtain another

attorney or file an appearance on behalf of MSCI 2006-HQ10 Scovill Street, LLC with the Court.

       5.      If you do not obtain another attorney, you will not receive any additional notice of

court proceedings regarding this case, and a default judgment may enter against MSCI 2006-HQ10

Scovill Street, LLC.
