PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that upon the annexed affirmation of PAWEL P. WIERZBICKI,
ESQ., dated June 8, 2017, and upon all the pleadings and proceedings heretofore had herein, the
plaintiff, ROBERT ZABORSKI, will move this Court at an IAS Motion Support Part, thereof, to be
held at the Courthouse located at 360 Adams Street, in the County of Kings, City and State of New
York on the 12" day of July, 2017 at 9:30 A.M. or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard for an
Order pursuant to CPLR Section 3215 granting the plaintiff a Default Judgment against the
defendants, MB LORIMER LLC and CORNERSTONE BUILDERS NY LLC, and setting this
matter for a hearing and assessment of damages and for such other and further relief as this Court
deems just and proper.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that pursuant to CPLR §2214(b), answering
affidavits, if any, are required to be served upon the undersigned at least seven (7) days before the
return date of this motion.
