As. you are aware, this office represents Campustar (U.S.A.), Inc., the defendant in the
above-referenced action. On March 12, 2019, we served your office with a Notice of Deposition
for Starnet Insurance Company by Elizbeth Niebanck on April 30, 2019. On April 29, 2019, we
received an email from your office indicating that Ms. Niebanck would not be produced for
deposition. Enclosed with this letter is a second deposition notice for Ms. Niebanck. Kindly
respond in writing to confirm that Ms. Niebanck will be produced on the indicated date and time
for deposition. If we do not receive a written response from your office within seven days, we
