GLVFRYHU\WULJJHUHGE\WKLVILOLQJ. The parties have exchanged written discovery requests and
answers, and were in the process of meeting and conferring regarding the production of certain
documents. No depositions have yet been taken.
We have conferred with Defendants’ counsel Jared Newman regarding the request
to postpone the Compliance Conference and he consents to this request.
