against Co-Defendant New York Central Mutual Fire Insurance Company and Co-
Defendant Danielle M. Lavigne for breach of contract and unjust enrichment, together
with costs, disbursements, attorneys’ fees and interest; (2) pursuant to 22 N.Y.C.R.R.
Section 130-1.1 for sanctions against Co-Defendant New York Central Mutual Fire
