Bankruptcy Court, In re Nelson Enrique Rojas, Case No. 8-17-71674-AST, seeking to reopen
that case and for other relief, which was heard on October 25, 2022.
2. The Bankruptcy Court reopened the case and has directed the parties to file
additional motions.
3. Due to the continued litigation in the Bankruptcy Court, defendant’s motion
herein, brought on by Order to Show Cause entered on July 19, 2022, presently returnable
on December 22, 2022, is hereby adjourned on consent to March 31, 2023.
