ORDER RESETTING FORECLOSURE SALE

THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon Emergency Plaintiff's Motion
to Reset Foreclosure Sale, and the Court having reviewed the same and being fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon,

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that:
1. The Plaintiffs Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale and the same is

hereby GRANTED.

2. The Court additionally Orders that the Clerk of Court shall not cancel
the reset sale without further Order of this Court. A further filing of a suggestion of
bankruptcy by Defendant Clo Ann Garrison shall not act as a stay to cancel this
foreclosure sale in accordance with the order from the United States Bankruptcy
Court, Southern District of Florida, in Case Number 17-18477-RAM entered an Order
titled "ORDER DENYING CONFIRMATION AND DISMISSING CHAPTER 13 CASE",

which has been filed in this case.
