Foreclosure Sale, and the Court having reviewed the same and being fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon,

with the order from the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida, in Case
Number 17-18477-RAM entered an Order titled “ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR
RECONSIDERATION AND DISMISSING CASE", which has been filed in this case.
