In accordance with a telephone conversation I had with your Chambers a little past 3:00
o'clock yesterday, our office internet and phones have been down since Friday (12/9) and only got
up and running early last evening with the help of Optimum technicians and the installation of new
equipment.
Due to this situation, I was requesting leave to file our reply papers by Friday, December
16, 2022, as today will be the first day we can work on our system since last Friday.
Prior to calling your Chambers, I had secured permission from John Juliano on behalf of
the Plaintiff's Committee, who was kind enough to permit me to make the ex parte call and secure
days'
the additional two filing time.
