                           The plaintiff, Dennis Walsh, by and through his attorneys, Fischer, Bessette, Muldowney

                  and McArdle LLP, having moved this Court for confirmation of a binding arbitration award and

                  judgment thereon against defendant Alex Willett d/b/a Willett Construction;

                           AND, said Motion having regularly come on before Honorable John T. Ellis;

                           NOW, upon reading and filing the Verified Petition dated July 8, 2022, with exhibits; and

                  said Petition being accompanied with a duly notarized Affidavit of Service, and defendant having

                  submitted no opposition to the Petition;

                           NOW, upon the foregoing papers and all proceedings heretofore had herein, it is

                           ORDERED,         that the  Arbitration   Award     of Arbitrator   Robert   Ostrov,   dated   January 19,

                  2022, is hereby confirmed; and it is further

                           ORDERED, that the plaintiff shall have Judgment against the defendant in the principal

                  sum of $10,950.00, with statutory interest from on and after November 10, 2021,                     and shall also
                  have   Judgment     for  attorneys’    fees  paid  for  confirming     the  arbitration   award    in  the  sum   of

                  $1,575.00, together with an award of costs and disbursements, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby

                  directed to enter Judgment accordingly.

                           IT IS SO ORDERED.
