November 3, 2016, I,the undersigned Referee will sellat public auction on the North Side steps of the
Nassau County Supreme Court located at 100 Supreme Court Drive, Mineola, NY on July 28, 2022
at 2:30 p.m. premises situate, lying and being at West Hempstead, Town of Hempstead, County of Nassau
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at the corner formed by the
intersection of the southerly side of Chamberlin Road with the westerly side of Archer Road; being a plot
50.00 feet by 100.00 feet by 50.00 feet by 100.00 feet. Section 34 Block 316 Lot 169.
All bidders must wear a face mask/shield at alltimes and social distancing must be observed by all bidders
at alltimes. Bidders who do not comply with the face mask and/or the social distancing mandate will be
removed from the auction.

Approximate amount of lien $582,286.27 plus interest& costs.
