Status of Pleadings and Appearance of all Named Parties; b. Status of Discovery, including status of document production, status of depositions, status of completion of merits discovery, and status of expert discovery; c. Status of Settlement or Mediation; d. Listing of All Pending Motions and proposed new hearing date; e. Any anticipated motions and proposed briefing schedule; and f. Any other matters for which the parties seek Court ruling or scheduling. Pursuant to Government Code Section 70616, the complex case fee and the first appearance fee must be paid at the time of filing of the first paper in this complex case.
