As you are aware, we have engaged in initial settlement discussions with defense counsel.
My client would like to take Your Honor up on the offer made in Chambers following the oral
argument on the pending motion for Summary Judgment to assist in trying to resolve this matter.
Plaintiff can be available via Zoom, or by phone if Your Honor would prefer to meet in Chambers.
Plaintiff also requests that a representative from Defendant's insurance carrier, as well as a
representative with settlement authority from Defendant's Board of Education, be present for the
settlement conference.
