reopen that case and for other relief, which presently is scheduled to be heard on October
25, 2022.
2. Due to the pendency of that motion and in contemplation of a ruling on it by
the Bankruptcy Court, defendants motion herein, brought on by Order to Show Cause
entered on July 19, 2022, presently returnable on October 23, 2022, is hereby adjourned to
December 22, 2022.
