5. HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION - A judgment debtor in to be sold
(possibly) residing property
for Homestead Exemption. CPLR 5206 - Real mobile
may qualify property, including home,
condominium, or co-op, The judgment debtor isto receive $170,825.00 as of (April 1,2018)
per debtor or defendant. All potential real property execution sales involving privately owned
homes (including condos ) are considered to be homestead exemption cases.
Homestcad Enmption cases require a Nassau County Supreme Court Judge's signed
order directing the Sheriff's Department to sellthe Defendant's property and ALSO
address if the Homestead Exemption will apply. (CPLR 5206 (e))
6. CERTIFIED COPY OF DEED - a certified of the lastdeed on filewith the

clerk. The deed must be certifiedby the county clerk and be stamped with
