with avhihit= and upon allthe proceedings have heretofore had and no one in
2021, annexed, herein, appearing
opposidon thereto; and after due deliberation have been had thereon;
NOW, upon action of Stein, Wiener & Roth, LLP attorneys for Plaintiff, itis
ORDERED, that the application is granted, without eppeeition; and itis further
ORDERED, that this action be and the same is hereby discontinued without costs to either party as
against the other; and itis further
ORDERED, that the County Clerk of SUFFOLK County is directed, upon payment of the proper fees,
ifany, to cancel and discharge a certaiñ Notice of Peadcacy filed in this action on September 12, 2011, against
property known as 664 Hawkins Road East, Coram, NY 11727 and Section: 395.00 Block: 05.00 Lot: 003.000
District: 0200 and said Clerk is hereby directed to enter upon the margin of the record of same a Notice of
Cancellation referring to this Order; and itis further
ORDERED, that the Referee appointed herein to cespute, pursuant to the Order of Reference, be and is
hereby relieved and discharged of any and all obligati as and requirements thereunder.
