Plaintiff filed three motions seeking the same relief as herein in indicated (1) pursuant to CPLR 2004 extending Plaintiff's time to file for Default Judgment, and (2) pursuant to Section 3215 of the Civil Practice Law and Rules directing the entry of judgment upon default in favor of plaintiff and against all defendants on the issue of liability and setting the matter down for an inquest as to damages, for an award of costs, disbursements and reasonable attorney's fees to abide this motion, and for such other and further relief as to this Court may seem just and proper. The Summons and Complaint were served on Defendants and no Defendant has answered. In addition, the three motions were served on Defendants and no Defendant has opposed the motions. Accordingly, the motion is granted in its entirety. Plaintiff is granted a judgment on liability against all Defendants. The issue of serious injuries and damages shall be determined at trial.
