BLAKE G. ABBOTT, being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. I am an associate with the law firm of Poulin | Willey | Anastopuolo, LLC.,
located at 32 Ann Street, Charleston, SC 29403. I am admitted to practice law before the courts
of South Carolina and North Carolina.
2. I respectfully submit this Affidavit in support of my motion for admission to
practice pro hac vice in the above-captioned matter to appear and participate on behalf of Plaintiff
Elizabeth Tapinekis.
3. I am a member in good standing of all of the jurisdictions in which I am admitted
to practice. Annexed hereto are certificates of good standing for each jurisdiction to which I am
admitted.
4. I have never been disciplined by any court, and there are no pending disciplinary
proceedings against me.
5. I have never been convicted of a felony.

attorney of record.
8. I am highly experienced in the subject matter of this litigationand have participated
in similar class action lawsuits in other courts. My acquired knowledge and experience in these
matters are important to Plaintiff's prosecution of this action and will promote an effective and
efficient presentation in the proceedings before this Court. The interests of the clientand ofjudicial
economy support my admission pro hac vice.
9. I am familiar with and will comply with the standards of professional conduct
imposed upon members of the New York Bar, including the rules of court governing the conduct
of attorneys and the Rules of Professional Conduct.
10. I agree to be subject to the jurisdiction and alldisciplinary rules and regulations of
