Pursuant to Connecticut Practice Book §15-3, the defendants move to
exclude any and all evidence regarding the financial condition of the defendants
and/or ownership of other rental properties.

Specifically, the financial condition of the defendants, including the fact
that they may own other property, is totally irrelevant. Specifically, relevant
evidence is evidence that will make a fact in dispute more or less probable.
Connecticut Code of Evidence §4-1 et. seq. Here, whether the defendants own
