which seeks an Order directing the release ofall Grand Jury testimony to the attorneys handling
Steven Romeo's defense in the civil cases stemming from a limousine accident that occurred on
July 18,2015 at the intersection of County Road 48 and Depot Lane in the Town of Southold.
3. For the sake ofjudicial economy and brevity, in support of the instant application
your affirmant adopts those arguments set forth in paragraphs numbered 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Mr.
Sullivan's Affirmation in Support of the underlying Motion.
W H E R E F O R E, it is respectfully requested that this Honorable Court grant the
underlying Motion and the instant Cross Motion for an Order releasing the Grand Jury testimony
to all parties in the civil cases stemming from a limousine accident that occurred on July 18,
