justover $2k total I am not going to credit you more than what
I am being paid. Ifyou feel NY Rising is shortingyou then we need to address the cost with them.
Air Conditioning, LB showed you lastnightthat Itsnot the platform vibrating, but the actualunit. The new unit isn't
vibrating the house.
Did you not acknowledge that lastnight?
The Plumbing/Mechanical willallbe inspected.
Electricianwillbe sent back out.
Concrete there is noconcrete patio on the plans or the ECR. No concrete patio willbe poured. If youwant to put Iton
6100 with NY Rising we willtryto get them to add.
Cabinets you ordered new cabinets and had them installed,your cabinet guys need to complete that work. That includes
cabinet knobs, moldings, & glass.
We are going to creditthe ECR cost for cabinet/ countertop reset.

to return and correct.
Any items including the stairsbelow the flood plainwill remain unfinished. ECR does not include finishwork below the
flood plain. You paid to have staingrade treads and riserson the steps,you need to engage Will directlyif youwant
