As a result, this office will proceed to have letters of administration issued by the Surrogate's
Court, and upon receipt of such letters will move to amend the caption to reflect such appointment.
We respectfully request that this Court stay the above-referenced matter until such time the
letters are issued permitting us to move to have the caption amended to reflect the addition of the
administrator.
Enclosed in support of this request, I have included a copy of the Plaintiff's death
certificate. Additionally, a proposed order granting the above-referenced relief is also enclosed for
the Court's convenience.
