II RESTAURANT CORP., will move this Court at the Supreme Court of the State of New York,
County of Richmond, at the courthouse located at 26 Central Avenue, IAS Part 21M, Staten Island,
New York, on September 6, 2022, at 9:30 o'clock in the forenoon of that day, or as soon thereafter
as counsel can be heard for an Order pursuant to C.P.L.R. §3212, granting Defendant summary
judgment over Plaintiff KEESHA WOODS, dismissing Plaintiff’s action in its entirety with
prejudice based upon Plaintiff’s failure to establish a prima facie case of liability against
Defendant, together with such other and further relief as this court may deem just and proper.
The above-titled action is for personal injury.
This action is on the trial calendar.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, pursuant to C.P.L.R. § 2214(b), answering
papers and affidavits, if any, shall be served upon the undersigned at least seven days prior to the
