The studentbelow, who is therecipientof a SoE Fellowship finished tehfirstsemester with a CGPA of 1.33, thatisshe received
one F and 2 C's.Even ifshe getsa perfect 4.0in the spring,she will still
be low a 3.0 at theend of thespring semester.

letter, implies thatsatisfactoryacademic performance is a
requirement forthe fellowship (inmy humble opinion). However, I willnot take thistermination action without the backing and
