200915-200925 Extremely challenging, I was able to accemplish tasks I was unsure I was
capable of completing. Great experience with overall project development, i.e.
ime&ame, how to handle issues, ways to c-rrricate in a business manner.
200935-20094 The job is interesting .The empicycr isstrictbut nice
201635-201645 illing to over overtime. Very hands on in the dng process with the
option to work in the office as well.Boss and other supervisors are down to
earth as itis a small compey. No dress code.
201515-201525 Getting the chance to work with machine-y that I have never heard of before
and wheñever I needed help, Richard would assistme as much as he could
respe·
201135-201145 I held a large amoüñt of ±!!!'y in the compañy as a whole. This was
due tothe smaller size of the firm as well as the variety of tasks completed. I
gained a huge amount of knowledge in the fieldand faced challeges I will
most likely face in the future. Employer was accom-edating and allowed a lot
of freedom in the work place.
201315-201325 When taking thisjob itwas statedduring the interview that candidates would
ally be taking the reigns of the company and basically rüññiñg it.This was
my partner and Iwere basically President, VP, Eñgiñeer, Secretary, ETC.
in a 6 month span of time. This would be the best feature of the job.
201515-201525 During the interview process my current employer made itvery clear coops
would have little
supervision and be expected to do professional levelwork.
The freedom that you get as a student learning and being put on the spot to
perform your best isprobably the greatest feature offered here.

201115-201125 The best features of my positionwas being exposed to different parts of the
construction business and seeing the process of how a company gets a projed.
201115-201125 All the work assigned needed to get finished in a timely mmner and the way
in which the atmosphere was setup allowed for individual growth and
understanding of the industry. Employer was aliGwing for every aspect to be
seen by the co-ops.
201735-201735 I was given introduction to some of the complex machines.

Student . Describe any chalfettges/tirawbacks you experienced in the position and/or

ID workplace:
201635-201645 The work atthe workshop isphysical and can be stressful at times when trying to
meet deadliñes. But itwas through my own freewill that I chose to work there
instead of the office.
201515-201525 The first4-11=ge was getting to know the vocabulary used inthe wiñdaw
business. The second challenge was figuriñg out how to make a proposal for this
kind of business since thiswas my firsttime ever making a project proposal for a
window company.
There were times when guidance from the employer was low and goals were not
described adequately. This led to time wasted on projects that were not
completed correctly.
201315-201325 The eñvir==nt was "-- and organization. Let'sjust
working lacking say

201515-201525 The place of business is both an office in the basement of the awñers house and
also a shop approximately a mile away from the office. The two locations for
completing work occasioñally leads to challenges.
201115-201125
One of the tools commeMy used on this job was Autocad which I had never
learnt before. I wish there had been a course at Drexel to teach Civil Engineering
majors Autocad in Freshman year. I stilllearnthow to use it,but I think
everything could have gone much fasterifI had more experience with it.
201115-201125 Itwas a great positicñ to hold, but there was not much guidence as to how the
work should be completed. Resulted in many redos.
201735-201735 The work eñvir==+ was not and most of the itfeltlike there is
friendly times,
no manager. Censeqüêñtly, itwas difficultto stay motivated and driven
throughout my job tenure.
