DEBT BUYER PLAINTIFF (Debt Buyer Actions)
The undersigned, being duly sworn, deposes and say:
1. I am an authorized representative of Cavalry SPV I,LLC, ("Plaintiff')and I have access to
Plaintiff'sbooks and records ("Business Records"), including electronics records, relating to the
account ("Account") of PATRICIA WILLIAMS . The lastfour digitsof the Account number are
************4170. In my position,I alsohave personal knowledge of Plaintiff s prc- dates for
creating and mant±ñg itsBusinessRecords, including procedures
its relating to thepurchase and
assignment of consumer creditaccounts. Plaintiff'sBWn-as Records were made in the regular
course ofbusiness and it was theregular course of such business tomake the Business Records. The
Business Records were made at ornear the time of the events recorded. Based on my knowledge
of Plaintiff'sRecords, I have personal knowledge of the factsset forthin thisaffidavit.
2. On August 23, 2019, Plaintiffpurchased or was assigned the Account from Citibank, N.A.
(the "Purchase"). At that time, Citibank, N.A. assigned allof itsinterestin the Account, including
the rightto any proceeds from theAccount, to Plaintiff.As part of the Purchase, Business Records
relating toAccount were transferredto Plaintiff.Following thePurchase, those Business Records
were maintained in the ordinary course of Plaintiff'sBusiness.
3. The complete chain of with

follows:

4. At thistime, Defendant owes S10,200.00 on theAccount. This amount includes the charge-
off balance of $1O,823.57, post-charge-off interestof $0.00, and post-charge-off feesand charges
of $0.00, tess post-charge-off creditsorpayments made by or on behalf of Defendant of $623.57.
WHEREFORE, deponent demands judgment against Defendant for $10,200.00, together with the
costs and disbursements of thisaction.
