On this day came before Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss Under Texas Citizens
Participation Act (“Motion”) filed by Defendant Sean Gharavi. After reviewing the Motion and
the Response to Motion to Dismiss (“Response”) filed Plaintiff Behrooz Khademazad d/b/a
Grand Prairie Family Dental (“Dr. Khademazad”) and having noted that the Motion was filed on
October 11, 2018 and there being n0 hearing requested or set Within the 60th day after the date 0f
service of the Motion as required by Section 27.004 0f the Texas Civil Practice & Remedies
Code, this Court finds that good cause exists to dismiss the Motion; is therefore
