I had no prior information about this document, nor did I have any prior information as to what Ms.
Farnsworth had planned to do regarding the auction
Her Order To Show Cause (OCS) wherein she declares me being the seller of 240 Green Ave and her as the
purchaser has come as a complete surprise to me.
And again, I repeat that I did not sign this, and she has used my Social Security number illegally without my
permission on a legal document to validate it.
As her lawyer and as an officer of the court, have now been informed that you’ve been misinformed.
Knowing this, and having been currently updated by me that this is not my signature and that there’s no
purchase agreement between myself and Ms Farnsworth
Having thus been informed by me that this is not my signature, that there is no purchase agreement between
myself and Ms Farnsworth - signifies that if you submit any documents announcing and supporting a
supposed purchase agreement for 240 Green Ave that involves me either as a seller or purchaser, then you are
knowingly submitting false documents and a forgery to the courts.
Your entire Order To Show Cause is based on misinformation.
I take this matter very seriously as anyone would whose signature has been forged (yet again).
If you have any urgent questions please feel free to call me at -3402
You may or may not be aware that I have a prior agreement with Chase, and any actions such as this would
make it appear I am interfering with the auction. That would cause a great deal of trouble for me, as I have
reassured Chase that I have no intention of interfering in any way with any auction. These documents make it
appear the opposite.
