NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced and is now pending
in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Kings upon the complaint of the
above-named Plaintiff, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Successor in Interest by
Purchase from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as Receiver of Washington Mutual
Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Successor in Interest to North American Mortgage
Company (“Plaintiff”), against the above-named defendants, for the foreclosure of a Mortgage
dated May 29, 2001, executed by Peter K. McKenzie and Sherrel Farnsworth a/k/a Sherrel A.
Farnsworth in her individual capacity and as attorney-in-fact for Peter McKenzie as Mortgagors

to North America Mortgage Company, as Mortgagee, to secure the sum of $318,760.00, and
recorded in the Kings County Clerk’s Office in Reel 5209 of Mortgages, at Page 0873 on July 6,
2001.
AND, NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that two prior Notices of Pendency were filed in
connection with the mortgaged property affected by this foreclosure action on July 1, 2014 and
June 29, 2017 and dated June 24, 2014 and June 28, 2017, respectively. The mortgaged property
affected by said foreclosure action was at the time of commencement of this action, at the time of
filing of each of the prior Notices of Pendency, and at the time of the filing of this Successive
Notice of Pendency, situated entirely in the County of Kings and in the State of New York at 240
Greene Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11238, Block 1966, Lot 18 and is more particularly
described in said Mortgage and in “Schedule A” annexed hereto.
