The Mortgagor shallnot, withoutthe consentin writing of theMortgagee, , . voluntarilysell,transfer,orconvey itsinterest inthe Mortgaged Property or any part thereof in orby any one of seriesof transactionsor permitthe Mortgaged Property or any partthereof or any interestthereinto besold, or transferred, conveyed.
