The Mortgagor hereby grants tothe Mortgagee a securityinterestin all

Therefore, ifpayment isreceived priorto thecompletion of any month the
borrower shallbe responsibleforthat fullmonth's interest.
2. The Mortgagor, shall(atitsexpense inso far as is applicable

with G AAP consistently applied,
(iii) ifthe Debt is securedby a guaranty of payment and theGuarantor isan
individual,as soon as availableand in any event with 120 days afterthe end ofeach
calendar year, a copy ofthe financialstatement ofeach such individual Ouarantor for
such year, prepared on such form as isreasonable satisfhctorytothe Mortgagee;

as soon as availableand inany event within 102 days afterthe end of each fiscalyear of
the Mortgagor, a copy of thefinancialstatements of each shareholder (iftheMortgagor is

the Mortgagor isa partnership)or member (ifthe Mortgagor is
a limitedliabilitycompany) of theMortgagor, as thecase may be, forsuch year,prepared
on such form asis reasonable to
satisfactory theMortgagee; and
(v) such financialdata orinformation as theMortgagee may reasonable
requestfrom time to time.

16. The Mortgagor shallnot, withoutthe consentin writing of theMortgagee, , .
voluntarilysell,transfer,orconvey itsinterest
inthe Mortgaged Property or any part
thereof in orby any one of seriesof transactionsor permitthe Mortgaged Property or any
partthereof or any interestthereinto besold, or
transferred, conveyed. For the purposes

Appurtenances of which itis comprised;or
(b) granta securityin
