Upon the foregoing documents, the instant Petition is decided as follows:
Petitioners filed the instant Petition on July 7, 2021, seeking an Order permitting the
Petitioner's attorney and/or New York City Marshal and/or Sheriff to open the sealed safe deposit
box number 00022-0007108-4 at the Citibank, N.A. bank branch located at 399 Park Avenue, New
York, NY 10022, and to turn over and deliver to the Petitioners and/or New York City Marshal
and/or Sheriff, the contents of the safe deposit box, to partially and/or fully satisfy a Judgment
entered on July 31, 2019, in the Civil Court of the City of New York, County of New York, under
Index No. LT-060136-19/NY in the amount of $8,200.00; and a Judgment entered on May 3, 2021,
in the Supreme Court of the State ofNew York, County of New York, under Index No. 152395/20
in the amount of $25,185.10. On July 13, 2021, Petitioners served Respondents with the Petition
and order to Show Cause. After oral arguntent held on August 9, 2021, itis hereby
ADJUDGED that the petition is granted, and itis further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Citibank, N.A. is directed, upon receipt of a certified
copy of this order and judgment, to open the sealed safe deposit box number 00022-0007108-4 at
