and the same hereby is discontinued with prejudice, without costs to all parties as against
the other parties. A Stipulation of Discontinuance was filed on May 18, 2017, as against
defendant, New York City School Construction Authority (NYSCEF No. 5).
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED, that this stipulation may be
executed in countemarts. A facsimile or photocopy of this stipulation and the signatures
hereto shall have the same effect and may be accepted with the same authority as the
original.
