Dear Justice Perry:
I write on behalf of 86th Street Lender ("86th trr

the above matter to seek an adjournment of November 30, 2022 order
to show cause hearing at 10:00 am to a date after JanuaryE 20232 10.'0
where the Court is available.
Through the order to show cause, 86th Street is seeking an
order from this Court staying the instant petition until after the
Connecticut Probate Court decides 86th Street s Motion For Contempt
against petitioner, Jardan 520 LLC ("Jardan") .
The Connecticut Probate Court was planning to hear the Motion
For Contempt on a date after October 28, 2022. That motion has
been further adjourned without a return date, except that counsel
in the Connecticut action will be providing that Court with a
status update regarding the motions on or about December 16, 2022.
