Please be advised that we do not have a response to the PC Order or plaintiffs combined
demands from defendant Hershberg. Please provide a response in the next tendays.
With regards to the City, we demand the following discovery pursuant to CPLR Section 3101,
3120 and 3122 to be provided within twenty days relating to the accident of 4/26/2017 at the
location of Nostrand Avenue:
1) copy of memo book entries for Michael Genis;
2) copy of aided card, witness statement and line of duty for Michael Genis relating to the
accident excluding privileged information;
3) copy of the estimate of repairs and repair records relating to the vehicles involved in the
accident.
