ORDER DISMISSING CHAPTER 11 CASE
On October 23, 2019, Bridge Associates of Soho, Inc., (the “Debtor”), having
appeared by its counsel Roy J. Lester, Peter Kamran, Esq., of counsel; and the United States
Trustee, having appeared by his counsel, Christine H. Black, Esq., of counsel; and the Debtor,
by its counsel, having advised the Honorable Robert E. Grossman of the ruling by the Second
Circuit Court of Appeals and based upon the ruling the Debtor having voluntarily sought the
dismissal of its Chapter 11 case; and the Debtor having filed an affidavit of disbursements for the
period of August 1, 2019 through October 29, 2019 (ECF Docket No. 115), and having agreed to
pay all of the outstanding quarterly fees due to the United States Trustee under 28 U.S.C. section
1930(a)(6) through the fourth quarter of 2019 (the “Motion”); and the Debtor having paid all
quarterly fees due through the fourth quarter of 2019; and after determining that notice was
appropriate; and after due deliberation and for good cause shown it is hereby
ORDERED, that the Debtor’s case is dismissed effective October 23, 2019.
