DAVID SOROKOFF, an attorney admitted to practice in the courts of this State, affirms
pursuant to CPLR R 2106(a) and under the penalties of perjury that:

petitioner Jardan 520 LLC ("Petitioner"). I am familiar with the facts set forth herein and make
this affirmation based on my personal knowledge and a review of the books and records
available to me.
2. I submit this affidavit in support of Petitioner's Limited Opposition to Motion to
Admit Pro Hac Vice.

Street Lender LLP Street"). I pointed out that the papers in support of the motion,
including the affirmation and affidavit, asserted that the plaintiff sought to have Mr. Nagle
admitted pro hac vice. I asked that the papers be corrected to
properly identify the request as

coming from Respondent Street, so that it would not be necessary to object to the motion.
