SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK COUNTY OF NEW YORK JARDN 520 LLC Index No. 153512/2022 Petitioner, v. ORDER GRANTING PRO HAC VICE ADMISSION OF BRUCE BVS ACQUISITION CO. LLC; M&T BANK; H. NAGEL AND 86TH STREET LENDER, LLP, Respondents. This matter having been open to the Court by Plaintiffs, by and through their attorneys, Nagel Rice, LLP and the Court having considered the Affirmation of Greg M. Kohn, attorney for defendant 86th Street Lender LLP; the Affirmation of Bruce H. Nagel; the Certificate of Good Standing attached to the affidavit, and any opposition by Plaintiff, it is hereby: ORDERED that: 1. Pursuant to 22 NYCRR 520.11(a)(1) and 22 NYCRR 602.2(a), Bruce H. Nagel of the firm Nagel Rice, LLP is admitted to practice pro hac vice as counsel for defendant 86th Street Lender LLP in the above captioned matter; 2. Mr. Nagel shall at all times be associated herein with counsel who is a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of New York and is attorney of record for the parties in question and that all pleadings, briefs, and other papers be signed by Greg M. Kohn, also an attorney with Nagel Rice, LLP, who is admitted to practice in the State of New York; 3. Greg M. Kohn will be responsible for the conduct of the applicant attorney; 4. Pursuant to Section 520.11 of the Rules of the Court of Appeals and Section 602.2 of the Rules of the Appellate Division, First Department, Mr. Nagel shall abide by the standards of professional conduct imposed upon members of the New York Bar, including Rules of Court governing the conduct of attorneys and the Disciplinary Rules of the New York Rules of Professional Conduct; and 5. Mr. Nagel shall notify the Court immediately of any matter or event in this jurisdiction or any other jurisdiction which affects his standing as a member of the Bar.
