submits this limited opposition to the motion for admission pro hac vice submitted
on behalf of Bruce Nagel, Esq., a member of the bar of the State of New Jersey.
Each of the papers associated with the motion, including the
supporting
affirmation and
affidavit, assert that the motion is made so that Mr. Nagel can represent the plaintiff. In fact, the
