heretofore served; together with proof of service and upon all the proceedings in this matter,
Plaintiffs will move this Court at a special term located at the Orange County Supreme Court at
255-275 Main Street, Goshen, New York pursuant to CPLR 3215 on the 23rd day of
September, 2022 at 9:00 am in the forenoon or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, for
an order directing entry of judgment in favor of the Plaintiff in the above matter; and, awarding
costs to Plaintiff's attorney; together with such further and other relief as to this Court may seem
just and proper under the circumstances.
Pursuant to NY CPLR 2214(b), answering affidavits, if any, are required to be served
